3) Directly manage 3 drivers and 3 helpers/cleaners. Ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining high standards of work performance.

4) Monitor and enforce strict adherence to schedules, ensuring that all warehouse-related tasks and deliveries are completed on time.

5) Continuously seek ways to improve warehouse operations, including layout optimization, stock replenishment strategies, and workflow efficiency.
