Overview
The Student Relations Manager ensures students and parents have a seamless and well-supported learning experience. This role combines academic oversight, relationship management, and operational support to track student progress, maintain curriculum standards, and support smooth operations across multiple centers.
Student Experience & Academic Support
- Coordinate diagnostic assessments for new students and provide accurate reporting.
- Track student progress and ensure timely completion of assessments.
- Review lesson quality and tutor feedback to maintain academic standards.
- Identify students needing additional support and coordinate follow-up actions.
- Support curriculum alignment across IB, British, and American programs.
Parent & Student Relations
- Serve as the main point of contact for parents regarding student progress and feedback.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with families to support engagement and retention.
- Coordinate parent meetings, assessment days, and progress discussions.
- Address concerns promptly and professionally.
Operational & Cross-Center Support
- Provide academic and administrative support across multiple centers.
- Collaborate with tutors and administrative teams to support scheduling, reporting, and day-to-day operations.
- Assist with academic events, student assessments, and center initiatives.
