- Draft, review, and negotiate the Subcontract Agreements with the Subcontractor’s.
- Ensure that the Subcontract Agreements are comprehensive, clear, and legally sound.
- Maintain a database of all contracts & Subcontracts and ensure they are up-to-date.
- Monitor contract performance to ensure compliance with terms and conditions.
- Prepare / Manage the Subcontract amendments, notices and terminations / disputes.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to contract management.
- Prepare / Review and Monitor the contractual correspondences and ensure the notices are issued, in accordance with the contract.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on contract performance, risks, and opportunities.
