Manage the LEED performance requirement (Energy, Water, Waste, Transportation and Human Experience) needed to maintain the LEED Certificate

Implement the operation and maintenance works in accordance with the submitted proposed methodology, procedures, logs and plans to LEED performance requirements, such as but not limited to

Using TSE for irrigation system, Using Low water consumption sanitary fixture

Follow measurement and verification plan, Energy consumption, Material replacement

Responsible for all actions and procedures to be performed such as the verification, documentation, uploading and inspections to USGBC during the contract period to ensure LEED certificate requirement
