Responsible for managing all project-related technical information throughout the development lifecycle. This role focuses on high-stakes technical assets like architectural drawings, engineering specifications, and construction contracts to ensure project teams always use the most current, approved data.
Core Responsibilities
Documents Lifecycle Management.
Technical Submittals & Tracking: Requests for Information (RFIs), shop drawings, transmittals, and site instructions.
Version & Revision Control: Ensure superseded drawings and documents are promptly archived and that all stakeholders have access to only the latest approved versions to prevent on-site errors.
System Administration: Operate and maintain Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS) such as Aconex, Procore, or SharePoint.
Reporting & Compliance.
Project Closeout.
Providing professional service, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations in alignment with a distinctive and international real estate developer brand.
