We are seeking a Technical Lead to drive software development projects from inception to delivery. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise in SDLC, Agile practices, and cloud technologies with proven leadership and project management skills to deliver high-quality solutions and mentor development teams.

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional development team, fostering collaboration and professional growth
• Define and oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to best practices and quality standards
• Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects using Agile methodologies to meet deadlines and deliverables
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, set technical direction, and communicate progress
• Architect and review cloud-based solutions, guiding the team in implementation and deployment
• Identify and resolve technical and process-related issues, driving continuous improvement
• Facilitate effective communication across teams and with external partners, ensuring transparency and alignment

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 4–6 years of experience in software development, including leading technical teams
• Proven expertise in the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong team leadership and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and resources
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a track record of innovative solutions
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including stakeholder management

• Certification in Agile (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP) or project management (PMP)
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration
• Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes)
• Knowledge of security best practices and compliance standards
• Prior experience in a Technical Lead or similar senior role in a fast-paced environment
• Cloud platform certification (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect)
