- Contribute to the overall sales strategy by providing insights into technical feasibility, challenges, and market opportunities.
- Provide in-depth technical support to developer representatives, design consultants, and contractors.
- Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and troubleshooting support.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Understand client requirements and propose tailored technical solutions.
- Work closely with distributors during pre-sales activities.
- Identify customer needs, develop technical proposals, and support product selection.
- Provide ongoing technical support after sales to ensure smooth project execution and issue resolution.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, monitor industry trends, and analyze competitor offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales) and external partners (distributors) to ensure seamless sales execution and customer satisfaction.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support innovation in mechanical and building services solutions.
- Prepare and deliver professional technical presentations and product demonstrations to clients and stakeholders.
