Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Proactively identify, target, and qualify new project opportunities (residential, commercial, fit-outs, etc.) in the UAE market.
Technical Pitching: Conduct effective client presentations and site visits, utilizing a basic knowledge of Civil and MEP systems to understand client needs and credibly pitch technical solutions.
Proposal Management: Work closely with the engineering and estimation teams to prepare, present, and negotiate comprehensive, detailed quotations and proposals.
Networking: Build and maintain long-term relationships with consultants, developers, property owners, and key decision-makers.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and manage the entire client pipeline.
