Job Overview:

We are seeking 100+ experienced Telesales Executives with a proven track record in tele-sales, particularly in the i-gaming or online entertainment industry.

The ideal candidates should be fluent in Telegu, Kannada & Hindi, The role primarily focuses on convincing and onboarding clients for our gaming website, promoting new offers, providing clear process explanations, and offering continuous support to our clientele.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Onboarding: Engage potential clients, understand their needs, and provide comprehensive information about our gaming website.
  2. Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate and pitch new offers, promotions, and packages to potential clients.
  3. Process Explanation: Clearly elucidate the registration, payment, and usage process to clients, ensuring they have a seamless experience.
  4. Client Support: Address and resolve client inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and professionally.
  5. Maintain Records: Document all client interactions, feedback, and sales data in the CRM system.
  6. Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  7. Stay Informed: Stay updated with the latest features, offers, and changes on the gaming website to provide accurate information to clients.
  8. Collaborate: Work closely with the marketing and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to client engagement and retention.

Qualifications and Requirements:

Experience: "6 months to 1 Year of experience in telesales", preferably in the gaming or online entertainment sector.

Language Proficiency: Fluency in Telegu, Kannada & Hindi is essential. Proficiency in Hindi is a must.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in all specified languages.

Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close sales.

Customer-centric: A passion for understanding customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction.

Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is a plus.

Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing scenarios and business requirements.
