Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
Explain visa and immigration services to potential clients.
Generate and follow up on leads from marketing campaigns and inquiries.
Schedule appointments and consultations for immigration advisors.
Maintain accurate client records and follow-up details in the CRM system.
Provide information regarding visa requirements, documentation, eligibility, and processing timelines.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Coordinate with the visa processing team for client updates.
Resolve client queries and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
Nepali national and Indian (MALAYALI Only) - Female
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in visa processing (immigration consultancy Is a Plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of immigration programs, visit visas, work permits, PR processes, and documentation.
Ability to convince and handle clients professionally.
Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Knowledge of UAE immigration consultancy market is preferred.
