• Prepare price quotations and estimates according to drawings and technical specifications. • Study and estimate direct and indirect costs for projects. • Review contracts and technical documents to ensure accurate pricing. • Monitor market prices of suppliers and contractors and update the database periodically. • Coordinate with design and site teams to accurately understand technical requirements. • Prepare bills of quantities (BOQ) and ensure they conform to designs. • Submit detailed pricing and cost reports to senior management.
