Prepare and compile test packs for piping systems including hydrotest and pneumatic test packages.

Review P&IDs, isometrics, and line lists to define test boundaries and system limits.

Ensure all required documents such as ITPs, weld maps, NDT reports, material certificates, and inspection records are included in test packs.

Coordinate with QA/QC, construction, and commissioning teams for test pack readiness and approvals.

Track and update the status of test packs, punch lists, and test completions.

Liaise with client representatives and third-party inspectors for inspection scheduling and approvals.

Ensure proper documentation of hydrotest/pressure test results and test reports.

Maintain accurate records for system handover and final documentation dossiers.

Monitor and close punch points related to testing activities.

Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.

Support commissioning team during system testing and handover phases.

Maintain proper document control and filing for all test-related documentation.
