- Assist in the setup and maintenance of ticketing systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and functioning smoothly.
- Monitor inventory levels of tickets and merchandise, coordinating with management to restock as needed.
- Generate sales reports and analyze ticket sales trends to inform marketing strategies and promotions.
- Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure all ticketing needs are met, including special requests and group bookings.
- Conduct pre-event preparations, including the distribution of tickets and setting up will-call areas.
- Stay informed about upcoming events and promotions to effectively communicate details and drive sales.
- Train new staff on ticketing procedures and customer service protocols to maintain a high standard of service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards.
