  • Monitor inventory levels of tickets and merchandise, coordinating with management to restock as needed.
  • Generate sales reports and analyze ticket sales trends to inform marketing strategies and promotions.
  • Collaborate with event coordinators to ensure all ticketing needs are met, including special requests and group bookings.
  • Conduct pre-event preparations, including the distribution of tickets and setting up will-call areas.
  • Stay informed about upcoming events and promotions to effectively communicate details and drive sales.
  • Train new staff on ticketing procedures and customer service protocols to maintain a high standard of service.
