Job Role & Responsibilities – Tiles & Ceramic Fixer

Install ceramic, porcelain, marble, and other tiles on floors, walls, and surfaces as per drawings and specifications Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar Measure, mark, cut, and align tiles accurately using hand and power tools Ensure correct tile layout, spacing, level, and alignment Apply grout and finish joints neatly to achieve high-quality workmanship Repair or replace damaged tiles as required Read and interpret construction drawings and site instructions Coordinate with supervisors and other trades to meet project schedules Maintain tools, materials, and work areas in safe and organized condition Follow site safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures Identify and report any installation issues or material defects to the site supervisor
