Develop, manage, and monitor detailed project schedules using planning tools such as Primavera P6 or MS Project
Lead the planning and scheduling function for high-rise construction projects from inception to completion
Prepare baseline programs, cash flow forecasts, and resource-loaded schedules
Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines
Track project progress, identify delays, and recommend corrective actions
Conduct critical path analysis and provide recovery plans where necessary
Prepare and present periodic progress reports to senior management
Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, project milestones, and company standards
Support tendering teams with planning inputs, methodologies, and timelines
Mentor and guide junior planning engineers.
