Prepare, verify, and manage deal packs for invoicing and vehicle delivery Create and process financial documentation for bank deals and coordinate with accounting teams Validate customer documentation to ensure compliance prior to delivery Coordinate sales operations including demo, display, Goshi, and marketing units Ensure availability, correct display, and specification accuracy of showroom vehicles Manage aged stock vehicles and support physical stock verification at branch level Coordinate vehicle sanitation, inspection, damage repair, and on-time delivery in line with SLAs Manage demo units including registration, de-registration, fueling, Salik, and related logistics Handle administrative and ad-hoc sales support activities to ensure smooth branch operations Required skills to be successful: Strong coordination and organizational skills High attention to detail in documentation and system updates Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving capabilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities simultaneously
