The Valet Parking Driver is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by safely and efficiently parking and retrieving guests' vehicles. As the first point of contact at the Amer Lounge, the Valet Driver plays a key role in creating a welcoming and professional impression for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a courteous and professional manner upon arrival and departure.
- Safely operate and park a wide range of vehicles, including automatic and manual transmissions.
- Issue valet parking tickets and maintain accurate vehicle records.
- Retrieve vehicles promptly upon guest request.
- Ensure the security and cleanliness of all parked vehicles.
- Maintain traffic flow at the lounge entrance to ensure safety and efficiency.
- Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious activities immediately to the supervisor.
- Assist guests with doors, luggage, and other personal belongings as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all traffic laws and valet parking procedures.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the lounge’s service standards at all times.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE driver’s license (Light Vehicle) with a clean driving record.
- Minimum 2 years of driving experience in the UAE (valet experience preferred).
- Familiarity with various car models and basic vehicle functions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods.
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus).
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and attention to detail.
Working Conditions:
- Outdoor working environment (in front of the lounge entrance).
- Uniform and ID badge to be worn at all times during working hours.
