Planning and Review of AV/ELV Solutions
Interacting with the stakeholders and clients to identify and gather the solution requirements
Preparing and developing the technical scope and solution's technical specifications.
Conducting technical evaluations, design validation, risk assessments, and feasibility studies for proposed solutions to meet the venue/client requirements.
Planning and ensuring the integration of various AV/ELV components and systems to function seamlessly.
Provide expert guidance on AV/ELV technologies and best practices.
Project Management and Delivery
Overseeing AV/ELV projects from initiation to completion.
Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinating with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and team members.
Overseeing the installation of AV/ELV systems.
Conducting system commissioning and performance testing.
Maintaining accurate project documentation and records.
Preparing and submitting regular progress reports to management.
Operational Technical Support
Providing ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance.

Developing routine system check procedures and checklists.
Implementing and maintaining rigorous quality control processes to ensure high standards of performance.
Coordinating and providing technical support for hosted events, ensuring all AV/ELV systems are set up and functioning correctly.
Developing and implementing emergency response procedures for AV/ELV solutions to address unexpected failures or incidents.
Leading the response efforts during emergencies, ensuring swift resolution and minimal impact on venue operations
