Arada Group is expanding its Reformatory Lab concept in Dubai and we are looking for enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House (FOH) team.

About the Role

As part of the FOH team, you will be responsible for representing the Reformatory Lab brand, ensuring smooth service, and providing our guests with a warm and memorable experience. Based on your skills and experience, you may be assigned to:

• Waiter / Waitress
• Cashier
• Senior Barista
• Junior Barista

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and serve guests professionally and warmly.
• Take orders accurately and support smooth service flow.
• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages (Baristas).
• Process POS transactions and handle customer queries (Cashiers).
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Support the team during busy periods and collaborate effectively.

Requirements

• Previous hospitality experience preferred (café/restaurant/service).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and customer-first approach.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
