- Assist in planning handling volumes based on balancing workload and manpower.
- Focus in achieving on operational KPI’s.
- Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employee’s performance.
- Focus on quality standards in overall operations.
- Co-workers to be monitors for not deviating the SOP’s while operating.
- Considering on-floor challenges shall plan for manpower shuffling based on priorities.
- Inventory accuracy shall be key focus in daily operations.
- Co-worker skill and interest shall be monitored and plan for additional skill development.
- Health & safety shall be followed at workplace on top priority.
- Ensure that MHE’s and maneuvering of materials is carried out in accordance with the handling procedures.
- Produce regular reports and statistics as and when required.
- Co-ordinate with support functions for challenges, improvements and changes in operations.
- Ensure that computerized or automated systems are accurate and up to date.
- Identify systems improvements and make recommendations for change.
- Ensure a clean and tidy warehouse environment to aid operational efficiency.
- Maintain high standards of safety and security in the warehouse.
