· Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings to determine welding requirements and specifications

· Perform various types of welding (e.g., MIG, TIG, arc welding) to assemble and repair metal parts and structures

· Perform non-OEM fabrication services, including structural and metal fabrication

· Conduct test pack manufacturing and related services

· Maintain accurate records of welding activities, including materials used, work performed, and any issues encountered

Work collaboratively with other team members to complete projects on time and to the required standards

· Inspect welded joints and structures to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications, making necessary adjustments to achieve the desired outcome

· Conduct tests and inspections of welded surfaces and structures to identify and correct defects

Ensure welds are free of porosity, cracks, and other imperfections

· Maintain welding equipment and tools in good working condition

Perform routine maintenance and report any equipment malfunctions or safety issues
