-Create and configure units, including all necessary parameters and settings.

-Integrate and configure various sensors (fuel level, temperature, etc.).

-Develop and customize reports to meet client requirements.

-Set up and manage notifications and alerts.

-Execute commands through the Wialon platform.

-Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to the Wialon platform.

CMS Administration:

-Create and manage user accounts within the CMS.

-Configure CMS settings and permissions.

-Provide CMS support to end-users.

-Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

Customer Support:

-Provide technical support to clients regarding Wialon .

-Address and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.

-Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.

GPS Device Configuration:

-Hands-on experience configuring various GPS tracking devices.

-Ability to adapt to different device models and protocols.
