Roles & Responsibilities JOB PURPOSE- To provide basic medical aid to residents of the camp accommodation and to manage first aid facilities KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- To provide round the clock first aid services to all the residents of accommodation facilities Carry out clinical nursing functions such as recording the vital signs of patients like taking temperature, BP, administer injections, dressing and basic first aid manage the first aid center at assigned CAMP and maintain files and statistics of all the patients as per company, DM and DHA policies . Responsible for overall maintenance & monitoring of all the essential equipment and first aid boxes in camp . to make sure all the essential medicines and consumables are procured from vendor and replenished on regular basis Participate actively in all the patient awareness related campaigns/activities for the clinic such as organizing camps, setting up kiosks, educational talks etc. to keep updated record of all the permenant medical and non medical items /equipment / instrument to prioritize the cases on severity basis and arrange and cordinate transfer of serious cases to DMC/tertiray refferal center . to prepare and send monthly statsitcs to clinic team . Understand and implement the company safety policies and procedures as described in the Company's integrated management system Will be accountable and responsible for duties as described in the HSE roles and responsibilities document of IMS Desired Candidate Profile TECHNICAL SKILLS Nursing Diploma or equivalent required, DHA eligibility certificate IT SKILLS MS Office, Systems Knowledge LANGUAGE SKILLS English and any South-Asian Language OTHER SKILLS UAE Driving License
