Job Purpose:The HR Admin will support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department by handling administrative tasks, maintaining employee records, assisting in recruitment processes, and ensuring company policies are effectively implemented and followed.Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update employee records (physical and digital)Prepare employment contracts, offer letters, warning letters, and termination notices as requiredSupport the recruitment process, including posting job ads, shortlisting candidates, and scheduling interviewsCoordinate onboarding and offboarding processesMonitor attendance and leave records and ensure all documentation is submitted on timeEnsure timely submission and filing of sick leave, annual leave, and other HR-related formsHandle day-to-day employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and proceduresAssist in payroll processing by collecting relevant data like absences, leaves, and overtimeMaintain and update HR databases and employee files in a confidential and accurate mannerEnsure compliance with company policies and UAE labor lawsCoordinate employee welfare activities, HR documentation, and administrative tasksPrepare regular reports on HR metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and recruitment status
