This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant (Secondary Market) at Al Khat Al Thahabi Real Estate in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. As a Property Consultant, your responsibilities include facilitating property transactions, conducting market research, and providing guidance to clients in the secondary real estate market, preferably with knowledge of Sharjah Market, Working in Leasing and Sell.Qualifications:-• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.• Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.• Proven track record in sales and customer service.• Ability to work well in a team and independently.• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field.• One year experience above in the secondary market.• Able to work under pressure.• Ability to work under a specific sales target.• Commits to company standards and strategies.• Age up to 29 years.• Driving License.
