The Project Development Associate – MENA will support the Regional Project Development Manager in managing end-to-end project development, opportunity management, bid coordination, and business development activities with a specific focus on the infra, transport and utilities sectors. Experience in project finance-based companies or exposure to project financing structures will be a strong advantage. Pipeline Management & Business SupportMaintain an opportunity pipeline and update CRM tools with relevant project insights.Assist in identifying and tracking potential PPP project opportunities in the MENA region.Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies for new projects.Assist in preparing business cases, investment proposals, and presentations Bid Management & Proposal CoordinationCoordinate with internal teams, external advisors, and consortium partners to develop competitive bid strategies.Support in drafting bid documentation, technical and commercial proposals, and compliance checklists.Ensure timely submission of bids and responses to client queries during the tendering process. : Costing , estimation, pricing or MBATrack and analyze bid outcomes to improve future submissions.Project Development & Financial Structuring SupportCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technical, legal, and operations, to support project structuring and development.Assist in risk analysis, and commercial structuring of PPP and infrastructure projects.Help prepare project reports, presentations, and management briefings.Experience with project finance structures, lenders, and financial institutions is a plus.Day-to-Day Support to the Regional Project Development ManagerAssist in tracking key project deliverables, milestones, and reporting to senior leadership.Prepare briefing materials, market intelligence reports, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.Support the execution of strategic initiatives and ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

To support site operations by coordinating the timely delivery, tracking, and documentation of construction materials, equipment, and supplies. Ensures smooth logistics flow between suppliers, warehouses, and construction sites to avoid any project delays.1.
