Warehouse operations management - On floor and in system Handling complete operations (Inbound - Storage - Outbound) Monitoring of inventory, timely replenishment of stock, sorting of stocks, claims closure. Ensure timely & accurate picking, checks on loading of stocks in vehicles. Ensure timely inbound connectivity in line with cross functional communications. Ensuring timely offloading of inbound shipments, zero demurrage, maintain FEFO / FIFO as required to control wastages. Close coordination with QA / QC in order to maintain best quality of items availability at all the time. Lead daily, weekly and periodic stock counts. Close coordination with finance on stock variances / system adjustments. Close coordination with CPD & Planning to maintain required stock levels. Reconciliation of stocks (physical vs perpetual) and provide reports to manager. Daily system health checks and able to provide reports to manager on a daily basis. Implement best warehouse practices, GHP/GMP, conduct toolbox talks, monthly trainings. Warehouse staff deployment, shift rosters, OT / attendance record and warehouse team's leave plan.

Inbound Shipment Management: Coordinate with the Inward team to schedule placements and timely offloading of shipments, ensuring zero demurrage or detention charges.Sorting and Fulfillment: Oversee sorting and fulfilment processes for key customers, and other key retail accounts, ensuring accuracy and on-time delivery.Supplier Returns Management: Monitor returns to local suppliers and coordinate with receivers to ensure timely and accurate processing.Internal Transfer Preparation: Identify and prepare items like berries, apples, and lemons for transfer to internal entity, minimizing wastage and ensuring efficient inventory management.HR Coordination: Coordinate with HR on Tawjeeh training, Bio metrics, attendance of store assistants. Arrange shop floor staff for visa medical as per HR /Admin requests.
