Full job description We Blue Nova Immigration are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated immigration consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide clients in navigating the immigration process, helping them understand their options and complete their applications.Key Responsibilities:Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations to assess clients’ immigration needs and options.Application Preparation: Assist clients in preparing and submitting immigration applications, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate.Case Management: Manage client cases from initial consultation to resolution, keeping clients updated on progress.Research: Research specific immigration cases and keep abreast of changes in immigration legislation.Problem Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the application process and provide solutions.Client Education: Educate clients about the immigration process, requirements, and timelines.Qualifications: Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly.Bachelor's degree in any field or equivalent work experienceExtensive knowledge of immigration laws, regulations, and proceduresExperience working with various immigration programs such as work permits, visas, and permanent residency applicationsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle complex casesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented: Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Client-focused: A commitment to providing exceptional service and support to clients.
