Leveraging strategic partnerships with Microsoft, Databricks, DDN, UiPath, and SoftBank Robotics, we design and deliver intelligent solutions that drive measurable business impact.We are looking for a Business Intelligence / Analytics Solutions Architect who can blend technical expertise, business acumen, and strong communication skills to design and implement end-to-end BI and analytics solutions.Role OverviewAs a BI / Analytics Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing, building, and delivering data analytics architectures, dashboards, and insights platforms that help businesses make informed, data-driven decisions. You will work closely with business leaders, data engineers, and domain experts to translate business requirements into scalable analytics solutions using modern BI tools and cloud platforms.This role requires a balance of technical depth, analytical thinking, and stakeholder engagement to ensure solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with business goals and industry KPIs.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Architecture & DesignArchitect end-to-end BI & analytics solutions leveraging Microsoft Power BI, Databricks, and Azure Data Services.Design scalable data pipelines, data models, and reporting layers.Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across analytics platforms.Business Intelligence & VisualizationBuild interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI (primary) and Tableau.Apply UI/UX best practices to create intuitive, user-centric dashboards.Deliver actionable insights by defining and tracking KPIs that align with business objectives.Data Management & IntegrationCollaborate with data engineers to integrate data from relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL systems (MongoDB, etc.).Implement ETL/ELT workflows with tools such as Azure Data Factory or Apache Airflow.Support automation through scripting (Python, SQL, PowerShell).Analytics & InsightsPerform exploratory data analysis, forecasting, and hypothesis testing.Leverage predictive analytics and machine learning models (with Databricks, Python, Scikit-learn) at a foundational level.Work with domain experts to contextualize insights for industries such as Supply Chain, Finance, Healthcare, Retail, and Sustainability.Collaboration & DeliveryAct as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.Translate business problems into technical analytics solutions.Present findings clearly through data storytelling and visualization for executives and non-technical audiences.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor's or master's degree in computer science Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.5-8 years' experience in BI, Data Analytics, or Data Architecture roles.Hands-on experience with Power BI (preferred) and Tableau.Proficiency in SQL and Python (Pandas, Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly).Experience with data modelling, data warehouses (Azure Synapse), and ETL workflows.Strong business acumen and the ability to align data solutions with organizational goals.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Preferred / Good to HaveCertifications: Microsoft Certified Data Analyst Associate, Azure Data Engineer, Databricks Certified Professional, or Tableau Certified.Experience with Databricks, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory.Knowledge of Docker/Kubernetes basics for analytics deployment.Familiarity with automation (UiPath, Power Automate).Exposure to industry-specific BI use cases in 2-3 domains such as:Supply Chain & LogisticsFinance & AccountingSustainability & Environmental ImpactHealthcare & Life SciencesRetail & E-CommerceEducationWhy Join CTS?Be part of a fast-growing technology company delivering cutting-edge solutions across Cloud, Cybersecurity, AI, and Data Analytics.Work on high-impact projects directly with government and enterprise clients in Qatar and the region.Access continuous learning, certifications, and mentorship opportunities.Career growth path towards Principal Architect / Practice Lead in Data & Analytics.Collaborative, multicultural work environment with global technology partners.
