Engineering Director
Product Line plans and processes are fully implemented in order to improve the key service quality indicators. He / She will coordinate the efforts of operations and maintenance staff and will enforce policies and standards set by the global and regional service delivery organization. A key aspect of this role is to ensure the project possesses appropriate equipment and that the personnel have adequate competence / proficiency / training to safely deliver a quality service to customers in an efficient manner. He / She will ensure implementation of OEPS standards to support the improvement of service quality and delivery.Responsibilities and duties (not listed in any particular order)Facilitate implementation of OEPS processes and procedures, to maintain those and to ensure implementation of such processes in order to achieve short- and long-term business objectives. This is a critical role in describing how the business is managed, in demonstrating our business values and how those values are met. The values incorporate occupational health and safety (all injuries are preventable), operational excellence (quality) and respect for the environment and the communities that we operate with or alongside.Conduct initial PL and 3rd party audits prior to project deployment, as discussed in the Project Execution Plan (PEP), to monitor compliance with standard operating procedures. Field Operator III - Wireline
Has responsibility for operating equipment and/or machinery. Duties may involve some technical elements but primarily focused on running equipment/machinery /systems. Role is hands-on and directly manipulates the equipment, machinery or system; requiring precise instrumentation/operation. R&M Specialist - Wireline
Intermediate level job - Has responsibility for assisting with the development of reliability based maintenance strategy, based on preventive and predictive maintenance for product line equipment. Works with Repair and Maintenance Technicians to schedule workload. Primarily activity is at workshop, troubleshooting, repairing, refurbishing, implementing mandatory modifications and executing and/or planning preventive and corrective maintenance of field equipment and tools, helping to mitigate assets related non-productive time and improve overall field service delivery performance. Wireline Desk Engineer
