Manage day-to-day operations of the staff accommodation / camp as per FM company standards.Ensure proper room allocation, occupancy records, and check-in/check-out procedures.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and housekeeping standards across all accommodation areas.Coordinate with maintenance and FM technical teams for repairs, complaints, and service requests.Monitor security, safety, and emergency procedures inside the accommodation.Handle staff grievances related to accommodation and escalate when needed.Conduct regular camp inspections for safety hazards, pests, and cleanliness.Ensure compliance with HSE, and company policies.Support HR/PRO during new staff onboarding.
