Vendor Registration & Prequalification Manage contractor registration, classification, and prequalification with engineering, oil & gas, and government-related entities in Kuwait. Prepare, submit, and follow up on all technical, commercial, and compliance documentation required for approvals. Coordinate internally to collect required engineering CVs, experience records, certifications, and financial documents. Track approval status, renewals, updates, and compliance requirements. Maintain accurate records of registrations and validity periods. Contracts & Opportunity Monitoring Monitor engineering tenders, RFQs, and contracting opportunities within approved sectors. Maintain an updated log of upcoming and active opportunities. Liaise with consultants, main contractors, and procurement departments. Support preparation of prequalification responses and tender submissions when required. Coordination & Reporting Act as the main point of contact with authorities and sector entities. Provide regular status updates to management on registrations, approvals, and market opportunities. Ensure all registrations remain valid and compliant with sector requirements.
