· Input all orders in to the system· Feeds the system with order quantities, product source and final destination with each country requirements for example: shelf life, labels etc· Checks availability of product· Follow up on claims for damages, wrong shelf life, late shipments etc· Send weekly report to Sales Director regarding orders and claims· Run sales report through Baan system and ensure it matches with the finance departments figures
