Your leadership will drive quality, innovation, and excellence in all mechanical aspects of luxury hotel construction.Key Responsibilities• Develop, review, and finalize detailed mechanical engineering plans, calculations, and technical drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards relevant to 5-star hotel construction.• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams—including architects, structural engineers, electrical engineers, and project managers—to integrate mechanical systems seamlessly into overall project designs and construction documentation.• Oversee and coordinate the preparation and management of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and other digital documentation, reviewing models and drawings for accuracy, constructability, and adherence to project requirements.• Approve and supervise the preparation and execution of technical documentation, ensuring strict quality control, accuracy, and compliance with client expectations and regulatory requirements.• Lead and mentor junior mechanical engineers and technical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning, professional development, and technical excellence within the team.• Provide expert input during all phases of the design and construction process, from concept development through construction administration, commissioning, and project handover.• Coordinate and oversee the integration of mechanical systems with other building services, ensuring optimal functionality, energy efficiency, and maintainability.• Conduct comprehensive reviews and audits of system designs and installations, identifying and resolving technical challenges to achieve project objectives.• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure best practices are followed and that all mechanical systems meet the highest standards of quality and performance.• Contribute to the preparation of reports, schedules, and cost estimates as required, supporting effective project planning and delivery.Minimum Qualifications and Experience• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.• 12–15 years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with significant exposure to large-scale, high-end hospitality or similar construction projects.• Demonstrated expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems, including design, implementation, and commissioning.• Thorough knowledge of international and local building codes, standards, and best practices relevant to mechanical systems in hotel construction.• Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM), AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software.• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate a team.• Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple disciplines and project stakeholders.• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, innovative engineering solutions.Join our dynamic team and play a key role in shaping the future of luxury hospitality construction with your expertise and leadership.
