We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Field Technician to install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain home automation systems for our clients. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with smart home devices (e.g., lighting, security, AV, HVAC controls) and a passion for technology.Key Responsibilities:Install and configure smart home systems ( Control4, KNX, Crestron, Lutron, Nest, Ring, etc.).Troubleshoot and repair wiring, networking, and automation system issues.Provide excellent on-site customer service and training to clients.Work closely with project managers and sales teams to ensure seamless system integration.Stay updated on the latest home automation trends and technologies.Requirements:2+ years of experience in low-voltage wiring, home automation, or AV installation.Knowledge of networking (Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Z-Wave, IP configurations).Good knowledge of CCTV, Intercom, Access control, HVAC, Wifi, etcStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple job sites.
