- Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture- Setting clear team goals- Delegating tasks and set deadlines for internal team- Lead & supervise the sales team , and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry, redirecting and motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall sales objectives.- Supervise and follow up on team leads, viewing & meetings.- Offer advice and motivate the team to close sales.- Define and implement developer / client relations strategy- Negotiating contracts, handling client issues, and coordinating with third-party entities- Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing, and complete paperwork for the sale.- Set weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for the agents to achieve and conduct sales meetings.- Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.- Develop networks within the real estate industry.- Attend property events to generate new business leads
