Roles & Responsibilities To work in coordination with Commissioning Engineers and define system /sub system brake of the project and sent boundaries. To assist Commissioning Engineers and planners to develop pre-commissioning and commissioning planning, generation of commissioning programs and follow up of all jobs related to Mechanical Completion. Co-ordinate with Engineering, Owner's Representative, trades supervisory staff as well as internally in the department for mechanical completion and preservation activities. To develop mechanical completion philosophy, check sheets, governance procedures, preservation check sheets. To prepare database for the entire tags for each discipline and manage the database in the project completion software. To maintain and manage project completion software. To issue, update the mechanical completion check sheets, preservation check sheets & punch lists in the system, track them for completion and report generation. To do inspection and verification of installations Onboard and make punch lists if any. To make the systemisation and boundary mark up for the subsystems for the mechanical completion packages. Handle a team of technicians & provide required information to his team viz. check sheets, drawings, schedules etc. To prepare mechanical completion packages.
