As such, the Front Office function is regarded as a strategic institutional role that forms the first and most enduring impression of the firm.We are seeking a Receptionist – Front Office Executive who understands that reception is not merely administrative, but representational, operational, and trust-based. The successful candidate will serve as the primary interface between the firm and its clients, regulators, and stakeholders, while supporting the firm's internal rhythm and standards in a professional services environment.This role is best suited to an individual with strong instincts, composure, initiative, and a genuine desire to grow within a serious corporate setting.Roles and ResponsibilitiesAct as the first point of contact for all visitors, clients, authorities, and external stakeholders.Manage front-desk operations, incoming calls, correspondence, and appointment scheduling with professionalism and discretion.Maintain a structured, calm, and confidential front-office environment aligned with a regulated corporate services practice.Coordinate meeting rooms, visitor protocols, and office readiness for client and authority meetings.Support internal teams with administrative coordination, document handling, and scheduling where required.Exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information, client identities, and confidential communications.Anticipate operational needs, resolve routine matters proactively, and escalate issues appropriately.Uphold the firm’s standards of conduct, presentation, punctuality, and institutional integrity at all times.
