Key Responsibilities:Manage full accounting cycle Prepare accurate monthly financial reports (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow)Ensure 100% compliance with UAE VAT and audit requirementsAnalyze project costs vs budgets with actionable insightsOversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processingLiaise with banks, auditors, and government authoritiesImplement financial controls to minimize riskMust-Have Qualifications:5+ years UAE accounting experience (3+ with main contractors)Proven experiance in Trading and contracting Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + ERP system proficiencyAdvanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros)Deep knowledge of UAE VAT and financial regulationsPreferred Qualifications:Professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CMA)Experience with construction and trading English language
