Job responsibilities• Maintains highest level of quality, service, and   cleanliness in all work assignments.• Prepares food products according to approved operating   standard procedures.• Follows approved operating standard and schedules of   cleaning and sanitation of food preparation area , storage areas , equipment,   utensils , and cash handling.• Works as a cashier/ packer, cook, and / or supply base   as assigned by duty manager.• Delivers highest possible level of product quality.• Adheres to approved operating standard holding times and   temperatures for all food products• Uses equipment according to approved operating standard   procedures , including daily cleaning , weekly cleaning.• Prepares packs and properly hold all products.• Packs all food products in approved container , lids and   bags.• Monitors proper equipment functioning.• Monitors products quality.• Rotates food, paper, and cleaning products on a first-in   first-out basis.• Assists when receiving products and store items   according to the standard.• Stocks freezers / refreshments with one day's supply of   frozen refrigerated products.• Always neat, clean appearance and adheres to grooming   standard.•Keeps food preparation area, equipment’s and utensils   clean and sanitary.• Performs general cleaning tasks (such as mopping floors,   cleaning rest rooms, stockroom, refrigerators, freezers, walk-in cooler,   kitchen equipment, etc…..) on a schedule set by the restaurant manager.• Meets specification of food handling procedures.• Empties and cleans trash / garbage containers as needed.• Keeps outside area (i.e. parking lot , walkway backyard,   )clean as continuing basis.• Performs other duties as required by the restaurant   management team.• Comply with all process and procedures in operations and   compliance with company internal regulations and rules of the KSA labor law.
