The primary responsibility of the role is to ensure complete operational health of all network infrastructure.Maintan and Enhance Network Infrastructure ensuring high-availability, security and performanceESSENTIAL FUNCTION:Design, deploy, maintain and troubleshoot company LANs, WANs, and wireless networks, VPNs and related services.Identify, diagnose and resolve wired and wireless network problems.Conduct regular network performance tests.Implement, monitor, and manage network QoS.Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and diagrams for LANs, WANs and other network interconnections.Analyse technical architecture of Network (Core- Distribution and access levels) to understand dependencies, points of failure, impacts, to provide recommendations for Network and continuously improve resiliency across the IT infrastructure.Implement, monitor and maintain all levels of network security in conjunction with security team.Troubleshoot issues efficiently while effectively communicating escalations and outcomesProactively identify and resolve issues to ensure network is running smoothly.

Major FunctionsOversee Crescent Group’s tax reporting and compliance across all jurisdictions.Develop tax strategies, prepare returns, and advise on tax matters to optimize the Group’s tax position.Manage tax audits for Group entities.Essential FunctionsTax Compliance & ReportingEnsure compliance with UAE and Iraq tax laws, including Corporate Tax, Withholding Tax, and VAT.Maintain compliance trackers, review programs, and manage tax audits, assessments, and monthly payments.Collaborate with accounting, finance, and legal teams for tax planning and compliance.Tax Advisory & Transaction SupportAdvise on tax implications of business transactions and propose tax-efficient solutions.Support corporate restructuring and provide tax input for bids.Policy, Process & Risk ManagementReview and update tax policies and processes; stay informed of legislative changes.Identify tax risks and implement mitigation strategies; ensure robust internal controls.Tax Accounting & ReportingEnsure accurate accounting of current and deferred taxes in ERP systems.Review withholding tax positions monthly and coordinate group tax reporting with authorities and auditors.Transfer Pricing & Legal Entity ManagementMaintain transfer pricing documentation and ensure annual updates.Assist with legal entity consolidation, acquisitions, and restructuring exercises.VAT ComplianceReview accounting records of VAT-registered entities and ensure timely filing of VAT returns.Respond to VAT authority queries and maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE VAT regulations.Data Accuracy, Documentation & ConfidentialityIdentify and rectify data anomalies; maintain organized, retrievable records.Maintain strict confidentiality of financial information.Reporting & CommunicationReport to Sr. Director of Accounting & Reporting.Liaise with internal and external stakeholders and maintain strong working relationships.Continuous ImprovementMaintain professional knowledge through workshops and publications.Pursue professional accounting qualifications and recommend improvements to management.
