Proven experience in procurement within the interior fit-out industry• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills• Familiarity with local and international suppliers and sub contractors• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple project requirements• Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems • Excellent communication and documentation skills

This is a part time role for 4 hours a day.Office Days & UAE Timing:5 days a week- One will be between 1 pm till 5 pm and the second will be between 5 pm to 9 pm . ( We are flexible with the time frame ).

· Preparing technical sales submittals.· Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.· Developing a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.· Preparing action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.· Source and develop new business opportunities, through one’s own initiative and with the support and direction of management· Manage sales opportunities in a structured and documented fashion· Work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status and to identify potential issues and or opportunities within or related to the project· Respond to requests from the client in an efficient and timely manner· Manage the sales process from initial opportunity to the securing of the client purchase order and ensuring successful completion of the project.· Maintaining successful and effective relationships with existing customers

· Identify and develop new corporate travel business opportunities.· Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to ensure repeat business.· Understand client travel requirements and provide customized travel solutions.· Negotiate contracts and pricing with corporate clients to maximize profitability.· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless travel arrangements and exceptional customer service.· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.· Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.

1.Knowledge to Identify Customers in Middle East and East Africa. Exposure to Countries like UAE, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait.2. Knowledge to Connect with the prospective customers in the above Countries Particular in Building Materials namely -Italian Marble, Wood / Timber, Home Furniture's, Tiles, AAC Blocks, PVC Floorings.3. Connections with Builders/Developers, Contracting Firms, Bulk Buyers, Trading Houses in Middle East.4. International Trade Compliances in Middle Eastern Countries.5. C. I. F All procedures, Documentation and Negotiations with Shipping Lines.6. Import Compliances required for trading in the Middle Eastern Countries.7. Good Presentation Skills, Knowledge of Making power point presentations.8. Excellent PR Skills and Organizational Skills.9. Highly Motivated and Result Oriented, Individual, Self-Starter and Initiative Taker.10. Price Negotiation and Commercial Skills, Experience in Doing Trading with foreign buyers in any of the above products preferably in Marble / Tiles.11. Geographical Knowledge of Middle East12. Travel Exposure in Middle East, willing to travel extensively as and when required.13. Knowledge of all major Compliances and Statutes in U.A.E.14. Exposure of Participation in Exhibitions / Trade Fairs, w.r.t to Marble / Tiles in U.A.E and Middle Eastern Countries.
