Our product line includes hardware & fasteners, hand tools, power tools, paints & accessories, cement boards, electrical items, doors, veneers, hardwood, melamine MDF, MR MDF, FR MDF, chipboard, red meranti, white wood, marine plywood, and commercial plywood.To support our growth, we are looking for experienced and motivated Outdoor Sales Officers who understand the building materials market and can generate consistent business through strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell the company’s full range of building materials to traders, contractors, and construction companies across the UAE.Develop and maintain strong client relationships and generate new business opportunities.Conduct site visits, present suitable products based on project needs, and follow up on inquiries.Prepare and negotiate quotations to close profitable sales deals.Keep up-to-date knowledge of the UAE market, competitor pricing, and product applications.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support. Candidate Requirements:Minimum 3–4 years of UAE experience in outdoor sales within the building materials trading, construction, or contracting industries.Excellent knowledge of building material products listed above.Strong existing network in the trading and contracting market is highly preferred.Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Valid UAE driving license is an advantage. Salary & Incentives:Base Salary: AED 4,000 – AED 8,000 depending on experience and performance.Incentives: Attractive target-based commission.Bonuses: Performance-linked rewards for exceeding sales targets.Allowances: Fuel or transportation allowance / company vehicle (where applicable). Lead and manage the finance and accounts teams across multiple business units within the group.Develop and oversee financial strategies to ensure the group's financial health and alignment with growth objectives.Prepare, analyze, and interpret monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and forecasts.Manage cash flow planning and ensure availability of funds as needed.Supervise budgeting, cost control, and financial planning processes across all entities.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and other local financial/legal requirements.Liaise with external auditors, banks, and government authorities.Oversee internal controls, risk management, and policy development.Review and improve financial systems, procedures, and reporting structures.Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.Monitor project costing, job profitability, and working capital efficiency, especially within construction and interior design divisions.Manage and optimize relationships with suppliers, clients, and key stakeholders to support commercial objectives.Drive digital transformation in finance through ERP systems and process automation.

The Purchase Executive manages and optimizes all organizational purchase activities. This includes processing purchase requests, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring the cost-efficient supply of materials. Additionally, the role requires conducting purchase forecasting and analysis to strategically guide purchasing decisions and implementing strong inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels. The goal is to support the organisation's operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness through strategic purchase practices.Builds vendor relationships to secure the best prices on products for the company and negotiate prices when necessary.Gathers and prepares documents like quotes, proposals, and purchase terms and conditions from suppliers.Conducts purchase forecasting to anticipate material needs and ensure timely procurement actions.Performs thorough purchase analysis to evaluate vendor performance, cost-effectiveness, and market trends to inform strategic purchasing decisions.Implements and oversees inventory control measures to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize excess or obsolete inventory, ensuring a balance between availability and cost-efficiency.Analyses material availability, creates and manages purchase orders including tracking, checking of content to ensure cost-efficient and on-time supply of materials according to demand.Manages and monitors shipments and customs clearance with the freight forwarders and ensures shipments are received on time.Maintains and updates supplier master data archives documents according to local regulations to keep the database accurate and up to date.Communicating with vendors & arranging the required docs for registration along with the invoice submission and payments.Following up with vendors for the delivery on time, communicating all incoming shipments with the logistics team.Manage The Purchase Team
