We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our office team and handle quantity take-off, cost estimation, and quotation preparation for aluminum and glazing works.Key ResponsibilitiesReview architectural and shop drawings for aluminum, façade, and glazing worksUse AutoCAD to measure and calculate quantities accuratelyPrepare detailed BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimatesPrepare and issue quotations, tender pricing, and commercial proposalsCoordinate with suppliers and internal teams to obtain material pricingVerify project specifications, system requirements, and scope detailsEnsure quotations are aligned with project drawings and client requirementsSupport management with value engineering and cost optimization proposalsMaintain records of pricing, project costs, and quotation historyRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying or estimation for aluminum, façade, or glazing worksStrong AutoCAD skills for quantity take-off and drawing reviewExperience in preparing BOQs, tenders, and quotationsGood understanding of aluminum profiles, glass, accessories, and installation methodsStrong numerical, analytical, and commercial skillsOffice-based role with strong attention to detail and accuracyBenefitsAll benefits as per UAE labor lawPreferred SkillsFamiliarity with UAE market rates and supplier pricingStrong Excel and reporting skills
