1. Prepare quotations as per the framework provided for the incoming ISO Certification enquiries2. Strong verbal & written communication to discuss the proposal with clients over phone, email and WhatsApp3. Follow-up through email and phone calls on the quotes shared on an regular basis4. Prepare Task lists & Updates, Reports5. Support the Execution Team with complete Sales Information and Client contacts6. Should be able to handle multi-tasking and reporting7. Should have Technical Sales coordination experience8. Advantage to have ISO Certification and Consulting Sales and Marketing Experience

1. Maintaining day to day update on the Projects under execution2. Follow-up with Clients for all required inputs and confirmation on the details provided to them by our Team3. Follow-up with Service providers on the status of the assignments given to them4. Keep strict vigil on the execution dates and timeline5. Advantage to have MS Projects or similar tools experience6. Strong verbal & written communication to discuss with clients and service providers over phone, email and WhatsApp7. The work is completely Office Based only and most of the 70% of interactions with clients or suppliers / Service providers shall be only through email8. Must be a candidate with Engineering Degree and 4 – 5 years of Project Coordination or Project Management Experience in UAE9. Prior exposure to either sustainability and / or Electrical Engineering Projects will be a great advantage
