Lamprell Renewables will deliver fixed and floating wind turbine generator foundations, broadening our offering through the recent investment in the production of a world-class renewable line in our Hamriyah yard in the UAE to produce up to 150 transition pieces per year. We continue to look for opportunities to move up the value chain into EPCI, as well as seek local content solutions for floating wind projects based in our target markets.

Reporting to: Environmental & LATC ManagerAssist develop, review and implement appropriate systems, policies and procedures within the Lamprell Group Management System (LGMS) to ensure a healthy & safe working environment and maintain LGMS HSES documentation and processes in accordance with all applicable national, international and federal requirements including OHSAS 18001 and ISO 14001. Specific emphasis to maintain all the same in regards to the Environmental aspects as the Subject Matter Expert (SME). Develop and implement Project and / or Operational specific workplace monitoring programs for chemical, physical and biological hazards. Conduct In-house Environmental and Occupational Hygiene Monitoring as per developed approved schedule and assist with organisation of third party environmental monitoring, where required. Assist in the further development of a positive and proactive Company Environmental Culture and Environmental Management System. Assist with managing and supporting the HSES project team from an Environmental perspective providing subject matter expertise inputs in this area. Provision of support to the Project and Operational specific teams with subject matter expertise inputs in Environmental areas. Liaison and communications with applicable 3rd Parties (Local Authorities, Clients, consultants, as applicable) relating to HSES matters specifically relating to Environmental matters. Ensuring effective and adequate management of HSES related risk in all areas of operation and project work, especially to matters relating to the Environment. Development and participation in appropriate internal / external audit schedules and inspection routines in line with LGMS and HSES Plan requirements. Conduct or participate in site visits and / or inspections to identify potential HSES hazards and to ensure compliance to standards, policies and procedures. Development, implementation and monitoring of HSES performance measurement systems and monitoring of established Key Performance Indicators, Objectives and Targets especially relating to the Environment for the Project and / or Facility. Assisting in the identification and development of training programs relating to the Environment to ensure compliance with company HSES Objectives. Assistance and participation in Incident Investigations to ensure suitable and sufficient corrective and preventive actions have been identified and actioned in an effective and timely manner. Carry out analyses of incidents, identify trends and assist in development of improvement / action plans. Identify and drive implementation of Company and Departmental Lessons Learned and Opportunities for Improvement. \Provide technical and / or commercial input to project new bids. Actively participate in Risk Identification / Risk Management Workshops (HAZID, HAZOP, ENVID, TRA, JSA, etc.), as applicable.
