Head of Sales – Dubai Division, UAELets Go Maldives, a leading Destination Management Company, is seeking a highly driven and experienced Head of Sales to lead our Dubai Division. The role requires a strategic leader with strong commercial acumen, outstanding relationship-building skills, and the ability to deliver sustainable revenue growth in a competitive international market.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Revenue Growth- Design and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets across assigned markets.- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new revenue opportunities and expand the client portfolio.- Develop tailored sales strategies for each tour operator, travel agency, and market segment.- Maintain a consistent activity level, including an average of 40 sales calls per week (online/offline).Client & Partner Engagement- Foster long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring loyalty, retention, and satisfaction.- Provide proactive support, conduct regular business reviews, and drive upselling initiatives.- Remain available via corporate channels to provide immediate assistance in urgent cases.- Identify, negotiate, and secure partnerships with travel agencies, tour operators, and corporate clients.Product & Market Expertise- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Lets Go Maldives’ portfolio, including luxury resorts, tours, and bespoke packages.- Stay ahead of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.- Deliver online presentations, provide marketing assets, and guide partners in promoting Maldives resorts.Sales & Marketing Alignment- Work in synergy with the marketing team to design impactful promotional campaigns and events.- Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry conferences, and networking events.- Initiate and organize marketing activations and fam trips for travel partners.Performance Tracking & Reporting- Monitor sales results and market dynamics, producing detailed reports for top management.- Highlight achievements, risks, and corrective actions to optimize sales effectiveness.Leadership & Collaboration- Coordinate closely with the Head Office team to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.- Supervise reservations-related communication and pricing accuracy, offering guidance when required.- Mentor and train new team members in product knowledge, reservation systems, and market insights. Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).- Proven track record (7+ years) in sales leadership roles within luxury travel, hospitality, or DMC sector.- Strong network within the travel trade industry, especially in GCC markets.- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in highly competitive environments.- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital sales tools, and MS Office Suite.- Multilingual abilities (English mandatory; Arabic or other languages advantageous).
