The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations, and supporting the financial operations of ongoing projects.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and maintain financial statements and reportsHandle accounts payable and receivableMonitor project budgets and costsPrepare invoices and follow up on paymentsPerform bank reconciliationsEnsure compliance with VAT regulations in the UAEAssist in audits and financial reviewsMaintain proper documentation of all financial transactionsRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fieldMinimum 3–5 years of experience (preferably in construction industry)Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reportingExperience with accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, or ERP systems)Knowledge of UAE VAT regulationsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsGood communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Preferred Qualifications:Experience in construction/project-based accountingAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlinesSalary: To be discussed during interview
