Ø Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out as per annual maintenance contract.Ø Ensure all one-time works are carried out in highest standards.Ø Communicating customer about status of service at required interval.Ø Coordinating with other departments to get spare parts in time.Ø Preparation of reports required by the management system in timely manner.Ø Conduct data analysis and identifying the improvement opportunities in order to take suitable actions.Ø Helping Maintenance supervisor/ technician for solving complicated problems.Ø Allocate jobs to his team and ensure the team is attending to the cases basis priority of calls and the system got updated.Ø Verifying quotations to be sent, observation reports and other documents.Ø Assist in conducting customer satisfaction survey at required interval.Ø Cross Verifying Checking the service reports.Ø Planning and Executing other one time works.Ø Man power allocation and planning for each job.Ø Coordinate with other departments to execute tasks.
