Prepare artwork films/positives and manage screen exposureCoat, dry, expose, and wash out screens with accuracy Set up screens, squeegees, inks, and substrates for production Mix inks and match colours as required Operate manual/semi-auto screen printing machinesEnsure high-quality, consistent output Troubleshoot issues (registration, ink spread, pinholes, ghosting, etc.) Clean and maintain screens, tools, and equipment Keep the print area organised and safe

Operate and assist with printing, packaging, and finishing machines Support the production and assembly process as per daily targets Handle material loading, cutting, labeling, packing, and sealing tasks Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety within the factory area Follow supervisors’ instructions and adhere to company SOPs Conduct basic quality checks to ensure product standards Report any equipment or material issues to the production manager

Design high-quality packaging artwork with print specifications using Adobe Suite, and other softwares.Create production-ready files for printing (UV, Offset, Silk Screen, Foiling, etc.) Collaborate with operations & printing operators on sampling and QC Operate UV Printing machines, Digital Printing machines & other equipment when required. Support client presentations with mockups & visualization Maintain design library & ensure brand consistency
